AT LEAST 21 people are dead and 61 have been injured after a huge blast at a firework factory in China.
The explosion erupted in the city of Changsha on Monday afternoon, according to state media.

Almost 500 firefighters were deployed to the scene to tackle the inferno.
Footage showed thick smoke billowing from collapsed buildings and debris in the blast zone.
A search and rescue operation was launched as medical crews rushed to treat the injured.
Robots were used to help those trapped inside the burning building.
President Xi Jinping has ordered “all-out efforts” to find those who remain unaccounted for.
Everyone within a 3km radius of the site was evacuated due to the risk from two nearby black powder warehouses.
