The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike on Thursday said Nigerians should appreciate President Bola Tinubu’s good works even if they dislike him.

Wike said Tinubu is changing the narrative and the landscape of the FCT.

Speaking during the commissioning of the newly constructed Kugbo bus terminal, Wike said Tinubu is changing the FCT to compete with other cities of the world.

He said: “Even if I don’t like you but you are doing something good, I will appreciate you. Mr President which has changed the landscape of Abuja, for Abuja to compete like other cities in the world.

“So, even if you don’t like Mr President for liking sake any right thinking person, who has conscience would not say that Mr President has not done a lot as far as Abuja is concerned.

“Mr President has changed the narrative as far as FCT is concerned.”;

Wike also reiterated his challenge that previous administrations should come out to claim the projects completed and being commissioned under his leadership.

“And like I said yesterday, if there is any previous governments that did this and we are claiming it, please you owe the public, come out and say ‘no we are the ones who did it, they are just claiming.’

“I thought people would have come out since yesterday but nobody has said anything,”; he added.
