We can now confirm that she has recently sold a mews cottage in Paddington for £1,375,000 – resulting in a loss of £263,000.
Legal documents from her property development company, Miss EG Properties Ltd, filed earlier this year indicate that a mortgage on the three-bedroom house with royal banker Coutts & Co was settled upon completion of the sale.
However, there’s no need to worry about her property portfolio – her company still holds assets valued at £1.9 million.
Last week, she shared that she is expecting a child.
The "Love Me Like You Do" singer, 38, showcased her baby bump at the Fashion Awards after a whirlwind romance with her 28-year-old boyfriend.
Ellie already has a four-year-old son named Arthur from her previous marriage to art dealer Caspar Jopling.
In July, it was disclosed that she had been secretly dating Beau, who has appeared in a series of small acting roles in independent films and several U.S. television series.
