TELLY star Davina McCall has married her devoted boyfriend, who stood by her side during her surgeries for a brain tumor and breast cancer, The Sun can confirm.
She secretly wed hairdresser Michael Douglas in an "absolutely beautiful" ceremony attended by immediate family and their closest friends.

Sources revealed that the couple chose to keep Friday’s celebration “very low key” before attending a friend’s much larger event the following day — their first public appearance as a married couple.
A friend shared: “Their wedding was perfect, exactly what they envisioned. They selected a small venue close to their home and invited about ten of their friends and relatives to join them.
“It was very intimate, and everyone who attended holds a special place in their lives.”
They continued: “They’ve faced a lot in recent months, and it felt right to formalize their commitment. They didn’t see any reason to wait.
“The next day, they simply continued with their lives, and coincidentally, they were guests at another friend’s wedding.
“So they attended as a married couple for the first time and proudly showed off her wedding ring. It was the perfect weekend.”
Last month, The Sun reported that judge Davina, 58, had found a sense of hope after seeing a sticker for Lorraine Kelly’s Change + Check campaign.
In November of last year, she had asked her fans to pray for her ahead of surgery.
And this September, we reported that the twice-married TV personality desired to wed Michael, 52, despite her health challenges.
The couple have been together since late 2018, having first met in the early 2000s on the set of Big Brother. Michael frequently appears on shows such as This Morning and Loose Women.
They grew closer after Davina’s second marriage ended in 2017. She and Matthew were married for 17 years and had three children together.
Davina was also previously married to shop worker Andrew Leggett, but that union lasted less than a year.
Davina and Michael have been cohabitating since 2023 when Michael moved into her £3.5 million home near Tunbridge Wells.
In May, Davina downplayed speculation regarding marriage plans but revealed that significant surgery to remove a large and potentially dangerous tumor from her brain had brought them closer than ever.
Their wedding was perfect, exactly what they wanted.

She praised Michael for his unwavering support during her treatment, describing him as “everything.”
They became quietly engaged before celebrating at the Burning Man festival in the US.
Insiders claim her health struggles were a significant factor in their decision to proceed with marriage plans as soon as possible.
One source added: “Michael has been incredibly strong and supportive for Davina. They already had a lovely relationship, and before that, a solid friendship for many years, but he really stepped up.”
