The clip shows Aspinall and Dobey being introduced by the host while seated in the driver's seat, alongside TikTok influencer Dean Alex.
There was also another participant in the passenger seat and one in the back of the car.
The host of the Phat Lads TikTok page introduced the challenge, which involved smelling ‘Surstromming’ – referred to as ‘the world’s stinkiest fish’.
He stated: “This is surstromming in the car again, we’re with Chris Dobey, Nathan Aspinall, and Dean Alex. Let’s see how this goes.”
The host then begins to open the tin of fish, prompting Alex to start gagging and projectile vomit all over the seats, affecting the man in front of him.
Aspinall is also seen gagging before he starts throwing up in the middle seat.
Alex and the passenger in the front seat continue to vomit in disturbing scenes, while Aspinall laughs and simultaneously vomits.
At the very end of the video, Dobey also begins to vomit, leading all six men to exit the car to continue throwing up outside.
Understandably, the stomach-churning video has generated a bewildered response from fans on social media.
