He captioned the clip: “A day in the life of an unemployed actor.”
The actor began his day with coffee before sharing with fans that he had a voiceover to complete, which he would do from bed.
He then went to the gym, showcasing his workout, followed by lunch where he gave a glimpse of his stylish kitchen.
“Just cooked up some food,” Ryan told fans, before unboxing some packages in the video and displaying a t-shirt he had purchased.
The star, who has 99k followers on TikTok, alarmed fans in the comments who were concerned he might not return to the soap.
One user wrote: “Wait, what?! Are you leaving Corrie?” while another commented: “Nooo, why are you saying you’re unemployed?”
A third remarked: “Mate, did you just hint that you’re leaving Corrie?”
Another echoed: “Is Brody leaving then? Surely not.”
However, an insider informed The Sun: “Ryan is currently on a break from filming, which is likely what he means by ‘unemployed,’ but he was filming scenes for Christmas last week, so fans haven’t seen the last of Brody yet.”
Ryan revealed he was joining Corrie back in February of this year.
On Hollyoaks, Ryan was part of one of the soap’s most controversial storylines when it was uncovered that his character JJ had been repeatedly abusing his twin sister, Frankie, subjecting her to a horrific ordeal.
JJ was imprisoned after finally confessing to the shocking abuse, which led to his departure from the soap.
Before being incarcerated, JJ was diagnosed with a serious illness and required a bone marrow donation to save his life.
His twin sister Frankie was his only potential donor, and she chose to proceed with the transplant, not to save him but to ensure he lived to face justice for his actions against her and to allow her the opportunity to confront him in a court of law.
Viewers of Hollyoaks witnessed this disturbing storyline unfold.
At that time, the unsettling scenes ignited shock and outrage among viewers, with one writing: “Let me tell you now, you’re going to have some furious fans!
“This is an unnecessary storyline that could’ve been handled differently; you could’ve depicted the brother as protective due to their shared experiences with their mother.
“You could’ve created a more poignant storyline, like the brother struggling and the sister being able to support him. The possibilities are endless for these two twins, but you opted for a completely unnecessary plotline.
“Don’t get it twisted; these things happen in real life, but you want to showcase stories that people will want to watch, not ones that make them feel sick.”
In Coronation Street, Ryan appeared as Dylan Wilson’s troublesome friend Brody.
He initially pressured Dylan into following his demands, but after a period of being apart, the friends reconciled.
However, Brody's reckless behavior persisted, leading him to steal from neighbors and get into fights, ultimately resulting in his imprisonment for the murder of Craig Tinker.
