A WOMAN was reportedly sexually assaulted on a London Underground train during peak hours.

Authorities have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to interview regarding the incident that occurred last week.

The alleged assault took place at approximately 9am on November 11, on a train traveling from Slough to Tottenham Road.

Officials stated: “A woman was standing in a crowded carriage when she was sexually assaulted by a man positioned behind her.

“He continued to violate her even when she attempted to escape.

“Officers believe the man in the image may have information that could aid their investigation.

“Anyone who recognizes him is urged to text BTP at 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, referencing 201 of November 11.

“Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.”
