CHELSEA have lined up a move for a forgotten England ace to replace Alejandro Garnacho, reports suggest.

, 22, arrived at last season but has already been put on the for sale list by the Blues as he seeks a move away from club this summer.

The Argentine winger, signed for £40million from , flopped in West London as he managed eight goals and four assists in 43 games.

After failing to land European of any kind for the upcoming season, has sanctioned the exit of the 2024 Puskas Award winner – though SunSport understands they will only permit a permanent sale.

Since joining the club he has scored eight goals in 43 games, and while Bologna would like to keep him they are said to be open to offers.

According to Italian outlet il Resto del Carlino , have Rowe on a list of wingers to bolster their left wing options, and have made enquiries over his availability.

The Blues list of targets also features the likes of Yan Diomande, and Francisco Trincao.

However, they were not the only club to ask about Rowe, with , and all reportedly making their interest known.

Rowe, who was born a stone’s throw from Wembley Stadium, is said to be dreaming of a return to to play in the Premier League.

Chelsea will start their season with a West London derby at Fulham on August 24, with their first home game coming against Brighton at the end of August.
