NEW Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior has already earned three penalty points after being found guilty of speeding.

Rosenior, 41, was offered the option of attending a course instead of receiving points and a fine, and he scheduled a session.
At that time, he was managing and frequently commuting to and from his family home in the UK.
In a letter to the magistrates last week, Rosenior stated: “Unfortunately, during the time the awareness course was booked, we were stranded in France due to fog after the game with my work, as it was considered unsafe to fly back home.”
Rosenior further explained that he “had to stay another night and board a plane the following day during the time of the course.”
He remarked: “Regrettably, the course could not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.”
“Given the situation, I have to accept the outcome as it stands.”
The magistrates’ court learned that Rosenior had admitted to being the driver of the vehicle that was captured by the speed camera in Littleover, Derbyshire — near where he resides with his wife Erika and their four children.
The court was informed that after he failed to attend the course, a fixed penalty fine was issued.
This fine was paid in December but was canceled after Rosenior did not provide his details within the 28-day timeframe.
Rosenior pleaded guilty in writing and received three penalty points, along with a fine and costs totaling £1,052.
