CASIMIRO was visibly frustrated after being substituted by Ruben Amorim during Manchester United’s thrilling 4-4 draw against Bournemouth, to the extent that he put his coat on BACKWARDS.

The 33-year-old Brazilian midfielder had scored just before half-time to give his team the lead.

He was taken off and did not handle the situation well.

As he walked off the pitch, it was clear he was frustrated; he shook his head and threw a water bottle onto the ground while standing by the bench.

Shouting angrily to his left, Casemiro picked up a United coat to wear but was not paying attention.

He grabbed it from a seat, as seen in a video recorded from behind the dugout, and flung it over his shoulders.

As he put his arms through the sleeves, Casemiro continued to look to the side and respond to someone, unaware that the coat was on incorrectly.

The hood fell halfway down his back as he inserted his left arm and pulled it tight before taking a seat.

If he had attempted to zip up the coat, he would have quickly realized the mistake, but it was not his primary concern at the moment.

The former Real Madrid player was substituted for fan favorite , whose entry once again elicited a huge cheer from the Old Trafford crowd.

Just under half an hour earlier, Casemiro had celebrated after his header managed to sneak past Djordje Petrovic, giving United a well-deserved lead.

However, just as Amad’s early goal was equalized by Antoine Semenyo at the 40-minute mark, Casemiro’s fourth goal of the season became a mere afterthought by the end of the match.

Andoni Iraola’s team equalized again within 60 seconds of halftime and took a 3-2 lead just six minutes later.

Casemiro received a yellow card between the two goals and was the first United player to be substituted.

A double substitution occurred shortly after, leading to a 3-3 tie before Matheus Cunha seemingly secured a winner with 10 minutes remaining.

Eli Kroupi Jr capped off a remarkable second half to make it 4-4, but both teams missed additional opportunities to score.

Given all of this, it's perhaps not surprising that Casemiro’s coat mishap went largely unnoticed until after the final whistle.
