A BOY and two teenagers have been arrested following the alleged murder of a 21-year-old man.
have arrested three suspects aged 14, 17 and 18, after the body of a man, 21, was found in Central Park, on Friday at around 7pm.
Despite best efforts from emergency services, the man sadly died at the scene due to the severity of his injuries.
The three suspects remain in custody.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “A murder has been launched and three arrests made following a fatal assault in Central Park, Chelmsford.
“We were called by the ambulance service to reports of an assault in the area at around 7pm on Friday June 12.
“Officers arrived within minutes and found a 21-year-old man with critical injuries.
“Despite the best efforts of emergency services, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
“His family have been informed and continue to receive support from specially trained officers.”
