A BODYBUILDING social media star, loved for her videos about nutrition and fitness, has tragically been found dead after falling from her apartment building.
The popular Brazilian lifestyle influencer, with over 200,000 followers on Instagram, sadly passed away at the age of 39.

The fire department was first called out at 6.30am yesterday morning to find Diana Areas, known online at Diana Arears Nutri, with cuts on her body.
They took her to hospital in a “moderate condition” where she treated for her injuries.
She then allegedly fled the hospital without medical authorisation and returned to her apartment complex.
Devastatingly, she was later found dead in the common area of her building, in north-east of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
She lived in the Jardim Maria de Queiroz neighbourhood, near the Liceu de Humanidades de Campos.
Local media have reported that Civil Police of Campos dos Goytacazes have launched an investigation into her death
So far, no further information has been shared and all lines of investigation remain open.
Ms Areas’s body was released from the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) for burial in Bom Jesus do Norte, where her family resides, local media reports.
Ms Arears shared bright and bubbly content on social media, sharing her daily workouts, healthy living tips and beauty tips.
She was well-known in the bodybuilding community having competed across South America as a professional athlete.
Ms Areas won the Wellness Fitness category at the 2023 IFBB Elite Pro South American Championships.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: “Even with all the heavy hours of work as a nutritionist, mother of two I had to combine two hours of training, plus 60 to 90min of cardio in a high calorie deficit to bring in very good fitness.
“I definitely only managed to get ready in the week, bus as good as the previous version and with the direction of my coach the result was VICTORIOUS!
“Mission given is mission accomplished.”

Her adored fans are grieving the news online.
“Today our profession loses a great nutritionist. A woman who left a mark on the lives of many through the care, knowledge and affection with which she did her work,” one fan wrote.
Another said: “We live admiring people for their routine, their energy, but we can never imagine what’s going on inside them. So beautiful, young and full of energy. Rest in peace.”
