BEN STOKES has been reported to the Cricket Regulator after an incident in a night club in the early hours of Monday morning.
Captain Stokes and fast bowler Gus Atkinson were celebrating England’s victory in the First Test at Lord’s when a “breach of team protocols” took place.

The Regulator oversees all discipline in cricket and has the power to impose unlimited sanctions.
It comes after England were criticised for their behaviour last winter.
White-ball captain was fined around £50,000 after being punched by a doorman the night before a one-day match against in Wellington.
Then, during a mid-tour break in Noosa on the disastrous tour, players were seen drinking regularly in a bar and batsman was filmed when he was drunk.
The BBC described the trip to Noosa as a “glorified stag do.”
In 2018, Stokes was cleared of affray following a fight outside a Bristol nightclub hours after an England match.
The ECB hinted that the places of Stokes and Atkinson for the Second Test at the Oval next Wednesday could be in doubt.
A statement said: “The ECB is currently investigating a breach of team protocols following the conclusion of the first men’s Test against New Zealand.
“Ben Stokes and Gus Atkinson were present at a nightclub in the early hours of Monday morning when an incident took place.
“We are currently seeking further information and an announcement regarding the squad for the Second Test will be made in due course.
“The Cricket Regulator has been informed and we will provide a further update when possible.”
England won the Test against New Zeland by 115 runs on what was an inconsistant wicket at the home of cricket.
The second Test of the three match series will start on June 17 at the Oval.
The finale of the Kiwi’s tour will be at Trent Bridge in Nottingham with the start booked in for June 15.
