SONGS of Praise host Pam Rhodes has had her faith in fairness challenged — by a furniture company.
The presenter purchased an adapted bed and mattress for £14,000 in May.

However, Pam, 75, who has hosted the Sunday religious show since the early 1980s, has yet to receive the items — or her money back.
Each time she attempted to contact the store, her inquiries were ignored.
Formerly known as The Mobility Furniture Company, it is now operating under a different name in Weston-super-Mare.
Its online store has nearly 200 one-star reviews, all echoing complaints similar to Pam’s.
Pam stated: “Our furniture never arrived, and all inquiries led nowhere.
“How heartless and cruel to target vulnerable older individuals in this manner.”
My husband Richard and I spent over £14,000 on mobility furniture that was supposed to make our lives easier as we age.
“Now I realize we are just one example among many whose savings and sense of security have been shattered by this company.
The company acknowledged that some orders were delayed but claimed that customers were refunded.
Another victim, Sue Meaker, 61, who attempted to purchase a bed for her 91-year-old mother, is still waiting for a refund for a bed bought in June for £4,414.
A delivery attempt occurred in August — but it was the incorrect bed, which was returned, and despite numerous follow-ups, Sue’s mother has yet to receive her money back.
She remarked: “I am not a sob story; I can advocate for my mother, but there are many people out there who do not have that ability.
