Dreamland has confirmed that their Liga Endesa match against Kosner Baskonia, originally set for tonight, has been canceled.

The Gran Canaria Island Council determined that the top-tier game could not proceed due to the severe snowstorm.

Dreamland Gran Canaria issued a statement from the Spanish Basketball League on X .

The statement read: “The Gran Canaria Island Council has announced that the Liga Endesa game between Dreamland Gran Canaria and Kosner Baskonia, scheduled for this evening at 8 PM, cannot be held due to Storm Emilia.

“The Council has mandated the closure of all sports facilities on the island, with no reopening date provided.

“In light of these circumstances, the ACB (Spanish League) has decided to postpone the game, and a new date and time will be communicated soon.”

Dreamland Gran Canaria boasts one EuroCup title and a Spanish Super Cup.

However, they have suffered three consecutive losses, with their latest being a 79-72 defeat against Surne Bilbao on Sunday.
