The product could potentially cause hazardous scenarios due to a defect.

The recalled item is a black baby stroller with red brakes which was made in .
The unbranded baby stroller could cause injuries as its braking system doesn’t function properly.
This could lead to dangerous situations if the baby pram moves unexpectedly as its brakes aren’t fully engaged.
The user is also not given the information they need to take precautions against potential hazards by the device.
The product is not in compliance with the 2005 General Product Safety Regulations.
The Office for Product Safety and Standards has rejected the import at the border.
The “hazardous” baby prams have already been destroyed as a preventative measure.
This comes after several children’s toys in the same month over asbestos contamination.
Asbestos is a banned substance which can pose a risk to even at low exposure levels.
The shock comes after an independent test found traces of asbestos in multiple units of a product previously sold by Hobbycraft.
