They are the favorites to secure the title at the end of the season, aiming to end a 23-year wait to be champions of England once more.
However, some players have contributed significantly more to the club’s advancement than others.
SunSport has evaluated the Arsenal players based on their performances in 2025…
Goalkeepers
David Raya – 8/10
Supported by an outstanding defense, he has been a calming presence and has risen to the occasion in crucial moments.
His recent save against Brighton's Yankuba Minteh highlights his status as a world-class goalkeeper.
Kepa – 6/10
With only three appearances, all in the Carabao Cup, it is challenging to assess his performance.
He was the hero in the penalty shootout that saw Arsenal triumph in the quarter-finals.
Defenders
Ben White – 6/10
Faced fitness issues but started to regain form about a month ago, showing glimpses of his former self while linking up on the right flank.
Unfortunately, he has since suffered another injury.
Cristhian Mosquera – 7/10
Joined in the summer and appears to be a bargain in today’s transfer market.
Confident on the ball and strong in one-on-one situations, he provides Arsenal with genuine cover.
Gabriel – 8/10
If not for a six-week injury absence, his rating would have been even higher.
A significant threat from set-pieces, he is also a formidable presence in defense, demonstrating dominance at both ends of the pitch.

Jurrien Timber – 9/10
A strong candidate for Arsenal’s Player of the Season and arguably the best right-back in the Premier League.
A fierce defender who has also added an attacking dimension to his game, he has scored three goals and provided three assists.
Myles Lewis-Skelly – 6/10
Had a challenging season and lost his place in the Arsenal lineup.
Still young and clearly developing, competing for a spot in the team will benefit him.
Piero Hincapie – 7/10
After a slow start due to injury, he is now finding his rhythm. He looks like a solid option at left-back and in central defense.
He provided good coverage for Gabriel during his injury absence.

Riccardo Calafiori – 8/10
After a first season plagued by injuries, he has excelled this year.
He has secured the left-back position, which seemed destined for Lewis-Skelly. He contributes well offensively with three assists.
William Saliba – 8/10
A top-tier defender, he exudes calmness, and Arsenal is thrilled he has signed a new contract.
The partnership he has formed with Gabriel is arguably the best center-back pairing in Europe.
Midfielders
Christian Norgaard – 5/10
Used in Carabao Cup matches and a few others, but he has yet to start a Premier League match for Arsenal.
He does not seem to pose a genuine challenge for Martin Zubimendi at the base of midfield.
Declan Rice – 9/10
Has been a powerhouse in the midfield, elevating his game from last season, which is saying something.
He is likely Arsenal’s best player and is being considered a contender for the Ballon d’Or.
