Liverpool born Victoria, who was 28 when she appeared on the show, narrowly missed out on a place in the final of The Apprentice after pitching a business selling beautifully presented bespoke pick ’n’ mix sweets.
The former cabin crew member launched The Sweet Life UK during lockdown after being unable to work because of the pandemic.
Since leaving she has reinvented herself as a fashion and fitness influencer and built up more than 119,000 Instagram followers.
Following her time on the show, Victoria lifted the lid on what allegedly happened behind the scenes and claimed producers meddled with contestants to create more dramatic storylines.

Speaking on the Lessons We’re Learning podcast, she said: “The producers will tell you, ‘So-and-so said this, what do you think about that?’ And in actual fact, it’s like, I don’t even think they said that.
“They back you into this corner where you’re constantly fighting for your own position.
“I think that’s when it comes across that we’re all like, ‘I’m the best person here!’ We’re kind of backed into saying that.”
Victoria also admitted she found herself “screaming at the TV” while watching scenes she claimed had been “massively” engineered by producers.
