Even beloved television favorites have come under scrutiny due to the alleged actions of some stars.
Let’s look back at the scandals that have kept us all talking in 2025.
The Beckham Feud
This year has been filled with celebrations for Brand Beckham—starting with David's birthday in May and then his knighthood.
However, one family member was glaringly absent from these significant events—eldest son Brooklyn.
Not only did Brooklyn and his wife skip both celebrations, but they also failed to publicly wish David a happy birthday or congratulate him on his knighthood. This was seen as the ultimate showbiz snub.
Rumors have circulated all year about the cause of this painful and public family rift. Some speculate it revolves around Romeo’s girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, who was rumored to have dated Brooklyn first. However, youngest brother Cruz publicly dismissed that theory, stating on social media, “Brooklyn and Kim never dated.”
The family dynamics began on a rocky note with reported “tensions” during the planning of Brooklyn and Nicola’s lavish wedding in 2022, particularly when Nicola opted not to wear a bridal gown designed by Victoria.
Despite appearing to mend fences with several glowing social media posts showing Victoria and Nicola as close friends, the situation deteriorated again, leading to Brooklyn and Nicola going quiet.
The young couple even renewed their wedding vows in August without any family members from Brooklyn’s side present, with the ceremony officiated by Nicola’s billionaire father, Nelson.
Brooklyn’s devotion to his wife and her family is evident, as he has even tattooed tributes to her two late grandmothers.
Ramsey vs Peaty
And here we go again—another wedding, and yet another case of families seemingly at odds.
Olympian Adam Peaty is set to marry Holly Ramsay, daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana, in what is being touted as the biggest showbiz wedding of the year.
It should be a time brimming with love and joy; however, battle lines have been drawn, and mud has been slung across social media.
Adam’s mother, Caroline, who dedicated years to driving him to swim coaching at dawn to help him achieve his Olympic dream, has been unceremoniously uninvited from the upcoming nuptials, along with the rest of the Peaty family, except for his sister Bethany and her boyfriend, a convicted drug dealer.
