The ex-world champ is accused in High Court documents, alongside his wife , of making threats.

The couple have launched a libel lawsuit against Âsolicitor Faryaal Hussain after she made the claims on a podcast in 2023.
and his wife, who want up to ÂŁ100,000 in Âdamages, deny the allegations â calling them false, malicious and unproven.
Khan, 39, was also accused of sending unsolicited naked photos to women.
Ms Hussainâs 21-page defence document, filed at the High Court this month, sets out detailed claims against Khan and his wife.
He allegedly sent messages to women via .
In one case he is said to have recorded a woman Âduring an intimate act.
She then received an âaggressive callâ from Khan, Ms Hussain claims.
He told the woman that if the public knew what had happened it âwould jeopardise his hit reality show Meet the Khansâ, it is alleged.
His wife, 33, also made threats, the documents say.
Another woman was allegedly promised ÂŁ20,000 by Khan after he began talking to her in 2023.
He is said to have sent âfrequent late-night messages containing sexualised compliments and intrusive questionsâ about her body.
Paperwork shows that Ms Hussain, the defendant in the lawsuit, will rely on the truth defence to defamation.

Allegations are not libellous if they are substantially true, but a defendant must prove them on the balance of probabilities.
Khan and his wife are likely to be asked to take the stand if there is a trial.
David Lemer, the barrister acting for Ms Hussain, said: âThe defendant acted out of a genuine concern for public safety, did not seek to profit from the publication and has not profited from [it].
âShe considered the Âmatters identified, and the claimantsâ conduct towards the women were of the utmost public importance.â
Khan, who at the 2004 Olympics, retired from in 2022.
He and Faryal, who wed in 2013, in 2017 after he was accused of cheating with nine women.

No trial date has yet been set by the High Court.
