AMAZON prime fans are furious after a popular US drama was axed after just one series.
Viewers of the streaming giant have taken to social media to launch a petition demanding it be saved.

Prime Video has pulled the plug on drama Motorheads after just one series, leaving fans fuming.
The 10-episode first season landed on May 20, but the streamer has decided not to renew it for a second run.
But all hope isn’t lost for the show’s devoted followers — who’ve been campaigning for a comeback on X and TikTok .
A petition has been made and shared as fans beg other streamers and networks to “take it on”.
One tweeted: “How in the hell could @PrimeVideo cancel #motorheads It was an amazing show and everyone I know LOVED it!!! Please someone else pick this up!!!”
Another added: “Who’s picking up #Motorheads since @PrimeVideo dropped it? C’mon @netflix @peacock @hulu @StreamOnMax @paramountplus @DisneyPlus #MotorheadsSeason2 “.
A third penned: “Fans will support a #S2Motorheads and to finding a new home. Keep posting guys let’s get everyone this.“
Producers, with Amazon’s blessing, are already chatting with other networks about giving the series a new home.
Executive producer Jason Seagraves told Deadline : “We set out to make a show with no agenda and a lot of heart, to give families something they can watch together.
“While Johnny and I are disappointed Motorheads won’t continue at Prime Video, we’re so proud of what the team created.
“The fan base’s enthusiasm has energised us, and we’re optimistic we’ll find a home that believes in and supports the show.”
Motorheads, starring Michael Cimino, Melissa Collazo, Ryan Phillippe and Nathalie Kelley , has proven a fan favourite.
It was in Prime Video’s US daily Top 10 shows and even re-entered the Top 5 on Friday.
Critics have praised it too, giving it a 78% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while viewers have stuck with the series — a key metric for streaming platforms.

The show follows teen twins Zac (Cimino) and Caitlyn (Collazo), who move to Pennsylvania with their mother Samantha (Kelley) to live with their uncle Logan (Phillippe), a former NASCAR driver and auto body shop owner.
Motorheads explores first love, heartbreak, and the thrill of driving your first car.
Season one ended on a cliffhanger, leaving fans desperate for answers.
A street race between Zac and Harris (Macqueen) ended in a terrifying crash, leaving Harris’s fate unknown, while Caitlyn received a cryptic call from Spider Lake, Mich., possibly from the twins’ estranged father.
With the show cancelled, these mysteries may never be solved — at least on Prime Video.
It’s unusual for streaming platforms to let their in-house original series shop around for a new home after cancellation, making Motorheads a rare exception.
Meanwhile, Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Tilly Ramsay has landed her very own Prime Video show as she follows in her famous dad’s footsteps.
The Strictly star, 23, who has previously showcased her own culinary talent, will front new cooking series Dish It Out.
Tilly will take viewers on a foody journey celebrating online trends and her favourite family recipes.
She will also be joined by 50 famous faces along the way, who will be popping up in the kitchen over the course of 32 episodes.
Her TV chef father Gordon , 58, and mum Tana , 51, will be among the familiar faces making an appearance.
While other well-known chefs and social media stars will be joining Tilly to cook alongside her.
The series kicks off on September 5 on Prime Video.
