The 55-year-old also encouraged Eric Chelle’s team to strive for the trophy through exceptional performances rather than mere words.
“Reflecting on [Victor] Osimhen, the leadership qualities he is currently displaying are consistent with his behavior over the years,” Amunike shared with Victor Modo.
“I am pleased, and I would love to see Osimhen win the AFCON with his team, but they must achieve this through hard work and determination, not just talk.”
