The South West Zonal Public Relations Officer of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Badmus Oladayo Kilamuwaye, has officially resigned from the party.
The former NNPP PRO disclosed his departure through a letter dated October 29, 2025.
This letter was directed to the NNPP Chairman of Ward 3 in Abeokuta South State Constituency 1, Ogun State.
Additionally, the letter was addressed to the party's National Leader, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso; the Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf; the party’s Governorship Candidate for Ogun State, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo; and the South West Chairman of the party.
Kilamuwaye, in the letter shared with DAILY POST on Wednesday, expressed his gratitude to the party for the opportunity to serve.
However, he did not disclose which political party he plans to join as he prepares for the 2027 general elections.
He stated that he has resigned from both his membership in the party and his role as South West Public Relations Officer.
