The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Zamfara State has called on its members to keep their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, safe ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The appeal was made on Saturday in Gusau during a meeting with party members and supporters from Anka Local Government Area, where over 20 political groups under the Ahmad Sharu-Anka Political Network, along with former councillors, pledged support for the party.

APC State Publicity Secretary, Malam Yusuf Idris, who represented the state chairman, urged members to resolve issues with their PVCs at Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, offices and advised those without valid cards to register.

Ahmad Sharu-Anka, a former Commissioner of Works, led the delegation and restated their loyalty to the APC leadership in the state.
