LUKE HUMPHRIES has unveiled a major throw change after storming into round three of the Swiss Darts Trophy.
The on Saturday night, averaging a superb 100.13 and smashing in three ton-plus checkouts along the way.

But ‘Cool Hand’ n looked visibly frustrated at times on the oche.
Humphries admits he’s still adapting to his revamped action as he searches for even greater consistency on the stage.
He said: “Honestly, I don’t know if people can see I was so frustrated there.
“I’ve changed my throw, it’s a bit different. I’ll explain it in another interview one day.
“I’ve changed my throw a little bit, I did it last week. I don’t flick them [darts] anymore, I push them through now.
“I feel so good. I feel a different person. I feel like there is a different version of me now.
“I had to change something to get better. I feel really, really good.”
Cheshire thrower Humphries insisted he still wasn’t firing on all cylinders and knows there’s more to come.
He continued: “It feels so frustrating when they are not going in. But I guess I have to adapt and it takes time.
“Considering I feel like I didn’t play great, a 100 average is good. Callan massively let me off the hook in the first leg.
“Callan is a great player, but he didn’t play his A-game here.
“I love playing on the European Tour, I feel like I get so much support, and they respect me so much.”
Former world champ Humphries also took his darts to new heights – quite literally –in the Swiss mountains on Friday.
The pair battled the thin air and freezing conditions, joined by local celebrities in a hilarious clash.
Humphries added: “It was a great experience. Obviously, it was incredibly tough up there, it was very cold.
“I was the only person to hit a 180 at about 12,000 foot above sea level, so that was really cool.
“It was lovely from PDC Europe to put that on, and I met some great people.
“It was something that I will remember for the rest of my life.
“I have already talked about coming here next year and doing it again because it was really great, and Switzerland is one of the most beautiful countries I have ever seen.”
Humphries returns to action on Sunday afternoon and will face Ryan Searle in the last-16 at Basel.
