The match between England and France took place more than 1,000 miles in Miami sunshine.
And commentators Darren Fletcher and Owen Hargreaves, on location at Hard Rock Stadium, were forced to step in for their colleagues ahead of the game.
The duo spoke over clips of both teams training as they built up to the match.
Adverse conditions in Brooklyn also caused an adidas fan event to be scrapped.
