Sharapova – who was first a Grand Slam champ at 17, rising to fame at by beating Williams – retired in 2020.
She had 19 years on the pro tour and is part of the hall of fame for her five Grand Slams – including completing the career slam.

After struggling to go the distance on clay she ended a four-year wait to finish off the set following her 2008 victory.
Sharapova then won her two French titles in three years before failing a drug test in 2016 and receiving a ban.
She remains a popular figure in the sport and has over 4.7million followers on alone.
