Dele Momodu, the publisher of Ovation Magazine International, has claimed that President Bola Tinubu’s decision to halt the sealing of business premises in Abuja over unpaid ground rent shows he is the boss of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike.
Following Wike’s instructions, several buildings were closed up in Abuja.
These included the national secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
However, Tinubu has ordered the suspension of the sealing and given the defaulters a 14-day ultimatum to pay up.
Writing on Instagram, Momodu claimed the move proves Tinubu is firmly in control of his administration.
“The decision to stop Wike today achieved several points in your favour.
“We used to think we have two presidents in Nigeria, TINUBU and WIKE. Now, we know WIKE has a boss who can checkmate his excesses,”;; Momodu’s post read in part.
