The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set has been as the product presents a risk of injury.
Items included in this recall were sold between June 2025 and May 2026 and the serial number for the product starts with NL311-.
A recall notice has been issued by the Office for Product Safety and Standards because the car seat adapter may fail to lock with the spring-loaded pin on the stroller chassis.
This means the car seat can fully detach from the stroller and fall to the ground, and may cause .
As a result, the product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2002.
The article code for the product is 320400 and the barcode is 8715688096512.
The car seat adapter has been recalled from end users and customers are advised to stop using the product immediately.
Customers have been advised that even if the adapter appears secure it could be a “false lock” and still incorrectly attached.
The black car seat adapter is used to connect an infant car seat to a Joolz Aer2 stroller chassis.
The recall only affects the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set, not the Joolz Aer2 stroller itself.
Joolz has asked customers to return the recalled product so they may issue a refund.
