The 25 metre drop ride originally opened back in 2012 but will officially be retired on September 7.
Earlier this year, when the park unveiled new plans for its £12million Viking themed world called Valgard, artwork was missing the Magma ride.
Executives at the event commented that the ride was moving elsewhere in the UK.
A spokesperson for the ride confirmed to the Daily Echo that Magma would be leaving the park to create space for Valgard, which is set to open in the spring of next year.
One recent visitor claimed that the thrilling drop ride was “probably the scariest ride at the park”.
Alongside this announcement, the park will also close another popular ride at the park – rollercoaster Cobra – but just for a short period whilst it is rebranded to ‘Raven’ to fit in with new themed land.
The Valgard area will also have the park’s first inverting rollercoaster, ‘Drakon’, which will have a vertical hill lift and two twists, flipping riders upside-down.
Visitors will also be able to go on Vild Swing, which will swirl riders 12 metres into the air.
Away from the rides, there will be a themed restaurant and playground as well.
Later, in 2027, the park will add a ‘ water-related experience’ for more thrills.
At the time of the announcement, James Mancey, deputy managing director at Paultons Park, said: “We’ve opened two brand-new rides in the last two years and with the build of Valgard firmly underway, we’re excited to open a further three, bigger-and-better-than-ever-before rides, between now and summer 2027.
“Valgard promises an immersive, atmospheric, and action-packed experience for families and has been specifically designed to grow with our fans.
“The introduction of inversions and a vertical lift hill on Drakon certainly up the adrenaline levels at Paultons Park, but staying true to our roots, we haven’t forgotten about the little ones and there is something for all of the family in our new Viking village.”

Tickets to Paultons Park, including access to Peppa Pig World, cost from £43.50 per person when booked in advance.
Children under one metre tall get free entry.
