A main event for this showcase card has yet to be revealed, and it is currently the topic of discussion among fight fans.
White, however, has already dismissed the idea of the Presidential bout being headlined by a Hall-of-Famer.
Jones is not an option for the card after he made a frustrating U-turn on a historic heavyweight title unification bout with a British fighter last year.
During an appearance on the Flagrant podcast, he stated: “I can’t put Jon Jones in a position where he can (pull out).
“We had an agreement to fight Tom Aspinall, and he said, ‘You know what, I’m not going to do it.’
“He didn’t want to proceed, and I can’t put myself in that situation.”
Jones has continued to advocate for a spot on the card, where he hopes to compete against another two-division champion.
Long-time commentator Rogan has implored White to alter his decision and match the two fighters against each other for a special belt.

“A heavyweight version of the BMF belt, you know what I mean?”
The UFC’s White House card is expected to be one of the most significant in the promotion’s history.
President Trump claimed late last year that as many as “NINE” titles could be contested in the presence of the Oval Office.
He stated: “It’s happening on June 14 next year. They’re constructing an arena, the great Dana White is building an arena.
“There will be eight or nine championship bouts.
“They should organize a fight between Alex Pereira and him at the White House.”
Joe Rogan
“These are the biggest fights they’ve ever had; every fight will be a championship fight.”
He was non-committal when asked about Trump’s ambitious claim but revealed that he assured his long-time friend that the promotion would go all out for the event.
He told The MacLife : “I don’t know [if the card will feature multiple title fights]. I honestly don’t know.
“What I’ve assured the President is that we will deliver an incredible card to the White House.”
