DONALD Trump has snubbed former President Joe Biden, replacing his portrait with a picture of an autopen.

An image of the device used for replicating signatures now sits in Joe Biden’s slot of the “Presidential Walk of Fame”.

The change was revealed in a video posted to the White House’s official Instagram by Margo Martin, the White House communications advisor.

The video captioned to show “the new walk of fame”, displayed the black-and-white portraits of all the presidents, with the autopen picture sitting between two portraits of Trump.

Trump – who has long claimed Biden’s aides used an autopen to sign legislation and pardons in his name – has also chided that the device effectively ran the country.

After losing the 2020 election, Trump continuously referred to Biden’s presidency as an “autopen presidency”.

According to the Don, Biden, who was 82 when he left office, was not capable of running the country himself.

In a dramatic show of authority, Trump ordered an investigation into the use of Biden’s autopen in June, in an attempt to prove that his aides had conspired to covered up Biden’s “cognitive decline”.

Ed Martin, the US pardon attorney and Trump fanatic, headed up the investigation, promising to reveal if the former president was “competent or whether others were taking advantage of him through the use of an autopen or other means”.

When the investigation was launched, Biden hit back at the allegations, saying “Let me be clear, I made the decisions during my presidency”.

“I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation and proclamations.

“Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false.”

Trump has conceded he also used an autopen in his first reign as president, but only for very unimportant papers.

Autopens have been routinely used in the White House after first being approved by George W. Bush in 2005.

Barack Obama was the first president to use one of the devices to sign legislation in May 2011.

Trump’s attacks on Biden have continued, despite being victorious at the election in November.

“When Joe Biden used to get up, remember the speeches?” Trump said.

The portrait change has received mixed reviews from comments online.

One person wrote of the current president: “Imagine being 80 years old and still THIS insecure”.

Another commented, “I am a conservative; however, that is not how it’s done. Biden was a president democratically elected, and he was a great person (not talking about his ideology). He deserves more respect.”

Another person said they felt like they were “living in an alternate universe”.

“The level of immaturity of this man is impossible to imagine, yet here we are watching him, once again, give us evidence,” they wrote.

“WINNING,” another said.

Another said “This is what I voted for! God bless this man”.

Former President Biden isn’t the only leader Trump has snubbed this week, as French President Emmanuel Macron and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were as Trump’s motorcade caused major blockages.

In a now-viral video, a fuming Erdoğan was surrounded by bodyguards as he waited on the street.

The Turkish President had been at the UN headquarters in Manhattan for the organisation’s 80th anniversary.

He was leaving the event when a group of police officers herded pedestrians to the side to make way for Trump’s motorcade.

Appearing irritated, Erdoğan is captured standing back as his security team negotiate with cops.

It comes just a day after Macron was left stranded in New York when his car was blocked by Trump’s motorcade.

In a video, an NYPD cop can be heard telling Macron: “I’m really sorry, Mr President, everything is frozen.”

But Macron then appears to take matters into his own hands and calls Trump himself.

While waiting in the traffic, the French leader is seemingly heard saying to Trump: “Hey, how are you? Guess what, I am waiting in the street because everything is frozen for you, ha!”

However, after several minutes Macron is forced to walk 30 minutes down the street towards the French embassy.

Another video appears to show Macron and his American counterpart still on the phone as he wanders through Manhattan.
