Transfer: Four Man Utd players for sale after Mbeumo’s arrival as Amorim eyes striker

Manchester United are looking to bring in a new striker this summer, after they finally reached an agreement with Brentford for Bryan Mbeumo.

Mbeumo will cost the Red Devils an initial £65m fee plus £6m in add-ons.

Despite the Cameroon international’s imminent arrival, United are still in the market for a new striker.

Manager Ruben Amorim only had Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee as his senior strikers last season.

Amorim had to call on teenager Chido Obi when both were injured.

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, wrote on X: “Manchester United plan to sign new striker in the next weeks as main target after Bryan Mbeumo deal done.

“Outgoings will be key for budget as Garnacho, Sancho, Rashford, Antony remain among players set to leave.”;
