CELEBRITY Traitors star Romesh Ranganathan admits he rubbed fellow contestants up the wrong way in filming.
The comedian, 48, said it was weird not to be liked by people he admired.
Speaking ahead of the show kicking off on Thursday, he said: “You’ve got 21 people in the castle and I think you get on with certain people more than others — not that you don’t like them.
“And I’m not just saying this about , I am the wrong flavour for a certain type of people.”
did not name names on the Wolf & Owl podcast but went on: “I think to myself, ‘I love you and the idea that they wouldn’t like you feels really weird to me’.
“But the truth is that there are some people whose personality just rubs people up the wrong way.
“So sometimes you have to accept that, however you are, it’s not for someone else.
“I think in life we are all guilty of going, ‘I just don’t get it. I’ve been so nice to that person’.
“But they just don’t vibe with you.”
Meanwhile, The Sun can reveal that one of the two celebrities who complained about the gruelling nature of the show was comedian , 41.
He found the psychological and physical elements overwhelming and was said to have held private meetings with bosses to discuss his issues.
It comes after revealed that filming earlier this year at as he became visibly stressed and panicked during one scene.
James revealed last week that comedians were under more scrutiny from the competitors.
He said: “I think we’re going to be the first ones under the magnifying glass, particularly at the beginning when no one has anything to go on.”
