He stated: “I’m currently in the hospital and about to undergo an operation today.
“Some of you may recall that a few months ago I discovered a lump and went to my doctor, who then referred me to a specialist for further tests and advised me to monitor it closely.
“And we’ve kept an eye on it… I apologize if I haven’t been clear.
“So I found a lump on one of my testicles and, um… yes.
“We’ve been watching it. It’s not great. Um, so yes. I’m in the hospital today for an operation on it.”

“They’re bringing me a ham sandwich, a lovely cup of tea, and I believe the nurse will return soon with some pain relief to ease the discomfort.
“Just a shout-out to everyone working in hospitals who are so kind and compassionate because it truly makes a difference, especially for a patient who might be feeling scared.”
