Tory MP charged with sexually assaulting two women at London private members club

A TORY MP has been charged with sexually assaulting two women at a London private members club.

Patrick Spencer, MP for Central Suffolk and North Ipswich, was charged for the alleged attacks at central London’s Groucho Club in August 2023.

The charges relate to two separate women, confirmed the Met Police.

A man attended a voluntary interview at a London police station on March 13, said cops.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) then authorised police to charge Patrick Spencer with two counts of sexual assault.

The 36-year-old will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday June 16.
