TORINO fans have dumped a heap of POO outside of the club’s training ground as part of a furious protest.
The club are in the midst of a relegation battle in ‘s top-flight.

currently sit 15th in the league, just three points clear of 18th-placed Lecce.
The club has won just once in its last seven matches in a run that has included a 6-0 thrashing by Como and a Coppa Italia exit to .
The latest disappointment came at the hands of Genoa as Marco Baroni’s side was beaten 3-0 leading to his sacking.
The result saw Genoa climb above them in the standings and push them closer to the drop.
Fans’ patience has worn thin with the club as a protest took place outside of the club’s historic Stadio Filadelfia training ground.
After the defeat to Genoa, a banner was placed on the front gates reading “s*** like Cairo”.
The message is presumed to be a reference to club president Urban Cairo.
But that was not all, the protesting fans also dumped a heap of poo outside of the historic ground.
Local media claim that fans believe that Cairo is the “main culprit” for the struggles of the club.
It is thought that the team is performing well under the historic ambitions of Il Turo.
In the aftermath of the defeat to Genoa, manager Baroni was sacked and immediately replaced by former Empoli boss Roberto D’Aversa.
D’Aversa has been hired on a short-term contract until June later this year.
The club’s poor form is only superior to the trio of ‘s Cremonese, Pisa and bottom-club Hellas Verona.
Torino are a historical giant of Italian , having dominated in the 1940s with five titles in the decade.
