President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja on Friday for Katsina on a two-day visit to his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari’s state.
A presidential spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a statement released on the X account Thursday.
He said Tinubu will meet with key stakeholders to assess the security situation in the state.
Similarly, Onanuga noted that Tinubu would commission Katsina Agricultural Mechanised Centre and a 24KM dual carriageway completed by the Governor, Dikko Umar Radda.
He added that the President is expected to attend the wedding ceremony of the Katsina governor’s daughter.
“President Tinubu will also honour an invitation to attend the wedding of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja,”; the statement said.
