A RISING TikTok influencer was reportedly killed by a so-called VIP fan just 30 minutes after her final livestream.

Her body was later discovered stuffed in a suitcase and abandoned on a remote mountainside in South Korea.

Yoon Ji-ah was allegedly killed just moments after her last livestream. The TikTok influencer's body was found strangled in a suitcase on a mountainside.

Yoon Ji-ah, reportedly in her 20s, was found dead on September 11 in Muju County, North Jeolla Province.

Authorities state she was strangled and left with multiple bruises before her body was discarded in a grassy mountainous area.

Investigators believe the influencer died within 30 minutes of concluding a live broadcast for her over 300,000 followers.

This livestream was filmed hours earlier on Yeongjong Island, Incheon — over a three-hour drive from where she was ultimately discovered.

This timeline has raised concerns that she may have encountered danger almost immediately after going offline.

Police have detained a man in his 50s, identified only by the surname Choi, who allegedly led a double life.

Local reports indicate that Choi presented himself to Yoon as the CEO of an IT company.

He purportedly promised to enhance her social media following through a business partnership.

Choi, known online as “Black Cat,” was classified as a “big spending VIP” on livestreaming platforms, a status associated with substantial cash gifts to creators, according to Soap Central .

Media reports suggest he reached level 56 on one platform, requiring at least £53,000 (approximately 100 million won) in spending.

However, according to the Korean news site Chosun Biz, he was deeply in debt and had even lost his house to a forced auction.

Entertainment outlet Kbizoom reported that Yoon had been planning to sever ties with Choi, allegedly due to his coercive demands and unreasonable schedules.

CCTV footage from the day before her death reportedly shows Choi kneeling and pleading with her to remain in the agreement.

Yoon’s devastated mother informed reporters that on September 11, security cameras allegedly captured her attempting to exit a car at 3:27 PM before being forcibly pulled back inside.

Hours later, Choi was reportedly seen dragging a large suitcase from his residence and stopping at eight different locations.

His final stop was in the Muju mountains, where Yoon’s body was eventually found.

Choi was arrested approximately 12 hours after the grim discovery.

Initially, he allegedly denied killing Yoon but later confessed, according to local outlets The Chosun Daily and Chosun Biz.

Police believe the motive may be related to Choi’s financial ruin and his obsessive spending on the influencer.

This incident follows another arrest in Argentina.

Tony Janzen Valverde Victoriano, 20, was apprehended after going on the run following an incident in Buenos Aires.
