WHEN Thomas Skinner signed up to Strictly Come Dancing, he was excited for spray tans, sequins and learning a new skill.
But instead, star says the show made him a “target” for “constant abuse”.

In a last night, the 34-year-old admitted he regrets ever being on Strictly – with insiders revealing he’s been abandoned by close friends.
In a rant on X, Thomas said: “I wish I had never done Strictly. I never fitted the bill for that show let’s be honest and it’s caused me nothing but agg and constant abuse.
“All I f***ing do is try to spread positivity online.”
The upset was sparked when Thomas was attacked for doing the voiceover for an advert on TradeKart, a delivery app for building materials.

It led the dad of three to reveal he was losing friends – as abuse and lies about him spread online since admitting to a
Thomas said: “My family are black cab drivers. Don’t try to make them turn on me with online bulls**t.”
He added: “People I’ve supported my whole life are starting to turn on me because they see what’s going on online. It ain’t real life.”
Those close to Thomas say they’ve been left shocked by those who have distanced themselves since he became a target.
They added: “Thomas is always upfront and honest. He can’t stand the fakeness of the TV industry. Friends he thought he’d always be close to are running scared.”
The reality star – who was first to be voted off Strictly – said he is even suffering abuse in the street.
“I can’t do anything right now without someone criticising me or making me do something against my will.
“I can’t walk anywhere without people knowing who I am. I’ve had a narrative spun against me so people always have an opinion on me now that they didn’t three months ago.
“I’ve heard so many lies said and told about me. It’s driving me mad. I’ve had a constant pile on of abuse over the last month like I’m a mass murderer. It’s bull****.
