THIS Morning presenter Steve Jones has landed a brand new radio job, after quitting the US.
The TV star, 49, shot to fame in the noughties and has since hosted a number of high profile shows, but is now switching to the airwaves.


Today it was announced that Welsh star , who has been a guest presenter on since 2023, would be joining Radio X.
The station shared the news, with a picture of the hunky host sat in his new studio.
Radio X captioned the shot with: “Did somebody say brand new Radio X host?
“Welcome @steveashtonjones to the Radio X family, keeping you company Sunday mornings from 8am – 11am.”
The announcement post also revealed that Steve would be starting his new job in a matter of days, as his first show is this Sunday.
Fans rushed to share their joy at this news, with one writing: “Can’t wait to tune in for this!!”


While fellow Radio X presenter , 60, wrote: “Forget Aled, Kelly, and Tom – a massive welcome to the biggest Jones in showbiz.
“As I said to you 26 years ago Steve ‘Don’t mess this up.’ All the best.”
Steve, who has been married to wife Phylicia Jackson for 12 years, shot to fame on ‘s teen music show, T4, back in 2003.
After leaving the show in 2010, the sought-after presenter headed across the pond.
Whilst in America, Steve went on to land a huge gig when he hosted the very first series of The X Factor USA .
Away from being a presenter, Steve has also flexed his acting chops, and in 2010 he starred in the teen movie Angus, Tongs and Perfect Snogging, alongside .
