TWO teenagers have suffered “life-changing injuries” after allegedly being rammed off an electric bike by a car.
Cops have launched an investigation after the pair were reportedly targeted in West Bromwich, West Midlands, yesterday afternoon.

Emergency crews were scrambled to Clarkes Lane at around 4.30pm.
West Midlands Police said two teens, aged 18 and 16, had suffered “life-changing injuries” during the alleged attack.
The force confirmed they were immediately rushed to hospital.
An urgent appeal for more information has since been launched.
Cops have called on locals with dashcam footage to get in contact online or speak to officers on 101.
It said: “We are investigating after two teenagers were believed to be deliberately knocked off an electric bike in West Bromwich by a car.
“We were called to Clarkes Lane shortly before 4.30pm yesterday (Tues) afternoon.
“Two teenagers, both male, aged 18 and 16, were taken to hospital with injuries described as potentially life-changing.
“Anyone with any information including dashcam footage should contact us on 101 quoting crime number 20/166729/26.
“Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
