He was seen pushing through the crowd with blood on his t-shirt, desperately calling for “help”.
Tragically, the young fan died “almost immediately”.
Lloyd-Hall, who was 16 at the time, has been found guilty of murder and possession of a weapon.
The Old Bailey heard that he and Harry were complete strangers, and none of the friends they were with that night knew each other.
At approximately 11:20 PM, there was an “altercation” between the schoolboy and two other young men.
Witnesses reported that Harry seemed to be enjoying a game with his friends when he lost his balance and accidentally bumped into someone.
This individual, a friend of Lloyd-Hall, reacted angrily and shoved Harry from behind.
Footage played in court showed Harry telling him, “Don’t touch me, because I didn’t touch you.”
He was then slapped on the back of the head, leading to a scuffle between the two groups.
During this altercation, Harry was grabbed and punched, prompting him to retaliate.
Jurors were informed that Lloyd-Hall then joined the fight and stabbed Harry with a hunting knife measuring 15 to 20 cm in length.
The now 18-year-old admitted to stabbing Harry but claimed it was an accident and that he was acting in self-defense.
He has been remanded into custody and will be sentenced at a later date.
