FOOTBALLERS’ Wives and Hollyoaks star Susie Amy has married her partner of eight years in a gorgeous countryside wedding.

Susie, who shot to fame in 2001 as Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe in the hit drama series Footballers’ Wives, has married Raphael Bar.

The couple, who did not publicly announce their engagement, have wed in a stunning ceremony surrounded by loved ones.

Saying ‘I do’ on July 17, Susie revealed the happy news exactly one month later.

She shared a series of photographs from their big day and captioned the Instagram post: “17/07.”

In the snaps, Susie looked gorgeous in a figure-hugging gown, which grazed the floor.

Raphael opted for a grey suit, and the couple looked smitten as they beamed at one another in the snaps.

Their two daughters, Noa and Rosie were in attendance, and looked very sweet as bridesmaids.

Fans flocked to the comments section to swoon over the snaps and congratulate the happy couple.

Susie and Raphael have been together since 2018, but have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight.

The couple share two daughters who were both a year and a half apart.

Their first-born, Noa Liberty Jane Bar, was born in January 2019.

And their second child, another daughter, Rosie Iris Grave Bar, was born in October 2020.

Although Susie is best known for her role in Footballers’ Wives, she also had a memorable part in soap .

She played Scarlett Morgan, the estranged ex-wife of Luke Morgan (played by Gary Lucy) and the mother of Ollie Morgan.

Susie’s Hollyoaks stint was from January to April in 2018, with her returning for a guest appearance in July 2022.
