A surgery enthusiast who has spent £100,000 transforming herself into a human Barbie has astonished the world with images of her past appearance.

Tara Jayne McConachy, 35, is determined to completely change her appearance and has undergone five breast augmentations, multiple bum implants, six nose surgeries, and numerous fillers.

However, the cosmetic nurse turned influencer has been prohibited from undergoing any further procedures due to her weight of just 45 kg.

Tara has raised eyebrows with her extreme appearance, but she is “proud” of her plastic body.

“Plastic surgery gives me a sense of empowerment,” she stated on ‘s The Morning Show.

“I believe that in today’s world, it’s crucial for a woman to express how she feels and showcase her interpretation of beauty.

“Plastic surgery is my means of doing that, and it brings me joy.”

During the interview, Tara mentioned that she sees a doctor every few months to maintain her look, spending thousands each year on Botox and fillers.

When asked how she handles criticism, Tara responded: “I channel [the bullying] as a motivating factor to succeed and be the best version of myself. It’s essentially irrelevant, to be honest,” she said.

“The negativity is actually making me more famous.”

Tara has expressed that there is “no limit” to how far she would go with surgery, and she is now almost unrecognizable compared to her pre-surgery days.

Her most notable feature is likely her lips, which are drastically different from her natural smile.

“My lips are definitely my signature,” she remarked.

“I always ensure they’re full and receive regular injections.

“I’ve certainly lost track of how much product is in there! I’m finally satisfied with their appearance, so now it’s all about maintenance.”

Tara partially finances her surgery obsession through OnlyFans, where she charges a monthly subscription of £12.50.

She also previously appeared on the TV show Botched!, attempting to persuade doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to enhance her breast size.

“Everything is small on me except for my breasts… I’m on a mission for a larger chest!” she exclaimed.

“I currently have 540 CCs [of breast implant silicone], and I am just not satisfied with them at all.”

The influencer noted that she has observed a “rippling” effect on her skin and hoped that larger breasts would resolve this issue.

However, the doctors indicated that due to her weight, she was far too small to accommodate larger implants.

“I’m genuinely worried about Tara’s overall well-being,” Dr. Nassif stated.

“This concern extends beyond surgery; she really needs to prioritize her physical and mental health.”
