AN angry ‘Karen’ has kicked off the 2025 sunbed wars by going berserk at holidaymakers for taking ‘her spot’.
The infuriated guest made her feelings known when she gave a pair of an earful of abuse.
The woman, wearing a pink cover up, was spotted accusing a couple of being in the spot she had been using “all week”;.
Callum Lines heard the commotion while by the pool.
And the 31-year-old onlooker quickly captured the incident on .
“The Scottish lady said they had been using those beds all week, accusing the couple lying down of moving their items,”; he said.
“Just to the left, out of shot, was a sign stating no reservation of sunbeds.
“I’m not sure this was the case though.”;
He added: “The Scottish lady left to apparently seek management but they never showed up.
“I’ve always got two pence to share even when it’s probably not required, but you come away for a rest and some relaxation.
“There were plenty more available beds – all with equal sun exposure – so this really wasn’t needed.”;

The woman could be heard saying: “Don’t be cheeky, don’t be smart mouthed either.
“You don’t know who you’re talking to and you don’t know who we’re here with.
“So just keep your f**king mouth shut.”;
One woman wearing a black cap and could be seen gesturing to the ‘Karen’ to walk away.
The pair went back and forth as the woman in pink claimed someone had moved their beds.
The dispute took place poolside at the three-star Hyde Park Lane apartments in Lanzarote on April 1.
