EMMERDALE star Lawrence Robb has deleted his dance experience from his CV ahead of starring on Strictly Come Dancing.

The actor, 34, who plays Mackenzie Boyd in the soap, was a former pupil at The Dance School of Scotland.

However his profile on the United Agents talent website has now removed his dance training ahead of the show starting next month.

It previously stated that had trained in jazz, ballet, modern, contemporary and pas de deux.

Lawrence previously opened up about his dance experience during his two years at the school.

“I studied at Knightswood incorporating the Dance School of Scotland along with the musical course back in 2007 and left in 2009,” he said.

“I then went on to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and since then have done a few things in the West End.”

A source said: “ famously features Latin and ballroom styles.

“Lawrence clearly has a good foundation but Strictly will be a whole new challenge for him.”
