A 3-1 win over Wrexham served as the warm-up for the main event as the .

And after celebrating returning to the top flight for the first time since 2001 in front of their fans at the CBS Arena, they continued the fun back in the changing room.

That is when entered the fun.

His walk-on song Titanium, the 2011 David Guetta and Sia tune, got played over the speakers.

Bunting high-fived the stars and then posed for photos with the squad and the Championship trophy.

posted a clip of the unlikely link-up on social media and captioned the video: “You shoot me down, but I won’t fall,” a lyric in the song.

And it led to a wave of responses by baffled fans.

Another wrote: “I fear Coventry City x Stephen Bunting is my niche.”

A third added: “Absolutely unreal.”

A fourth replied: “That’s class to be fair!”

The Bullet told talkSPORT earlier this week: “They were on the team bus and they were doing the Titanium and the whole bus was singing it, so I think that’s where that’s come about.

“It’d be great to go down and see some of the lads and have a game of darts with them and congratulate them all because it’s such an achievement what they’ve done, getting into the Premier League and now the big job for them is to stay in it.”
