The 36-year-old presenter revealed that even her five pickles were all involved in the process, as she showed off the summery pieces.
Posing in front of the beloved retailer, thanked her fans, as she said: “You will never know what it means to me, Zachary, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle to have been a part of such a special collaboration for so many years.
“You believed in us from the very beginning and have brought so much joy into all of our lives.”
