Landon Emenalo, the son of former Super Eagles player Michael Emenalo, has opted out of the England squad for the FIFA U17 World Cup in Qatar.
The son of the former Chelsea technical director was initially included in England’s 21-man roster.
However, he will not be traveling to the Asian nation due to an injury.
Chelsea Youth reports that the 17-year-old sustained a foot injury during the Blues’ UEFA Youth League victory over Ajax on October 22.
